3rd and 4th bed: it is possible to add a 3rd and 4th bed to double room with a 30% discount off the official price per extra person. Full board supplement: € 20 per person per day, only when requesting service for the entire stay. 

Booking and payment conditions
Your reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit, either by bank transfer, money order or credit card. 
The payment conditions are the followings:

• deposit of 20% at the booking confirmation;
• balance within the departure from the hotel.

Cancellation policy for individual bookings
In case of booking cancellation the policy applied is the following:

• reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to the date of arrival are not subject to any charge;
• reservations cancelled 60 to 30 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% charge;
• reservations cancelled 30 to 21 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 30% charge;
• reservations cancelled 21 to 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge;
• reservations cancelled 7 to 3 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 70% charge;
• reservations cancelled 3 days or less prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge. This last penalty will be applied also in case the guests suspend their stay before the day of departure, set at the time of booking.

Price includes: room, breakfast buffet, dinner, use of heated indoor swimming pool (1,50 m), sauna, wi-fi connection, bathrobe and slippers. Children are welcome at our swimming pool.
Services not included: face tanning lamp, massages, parking € 10 per night, drinks.
